LI TONG GROUP CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER LINDA LI TO DELIVER PRESENTATION AT THE 2018 INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONICS RECYCLING CONGRESS

Li to speak on the global application of reverse supply chain management as it pertains to technology manufacturing and use

SAN FRANCISCO, California, December 20, 2017 — Li Tong Group (LTG) Chief Strategy Officer Linda Li, widely recognized as an expert in green supply chain management, will speak at the 2018 International Electronics Recycling Congress (IERC) in January about the critical importance of the circular economy as a business model. DJoa4xgVwAA7TTM

IERC 2018, to be held in Salzburg, Austria, January 17 – 19, is the recycling industry’s most important event, bringing together over 500 international producers, recyclers, equipment manufacturers, recycling associations, refurbishers, regulators and more from all over the world to foster dialogue on the many issues facing the recycling industry.

Li has pioneered LTG’s transformational closed-loop recovery programs and has helped the company become the world’s foremost authority and solutions provider for helping OEMs enable both post-industrial recovery and post-consumer trade-in and recycling on a single global platform.

In her January 18 presentation, she will highlight the importance of a strong reverse supply chain solution as it pertains to the circular economy. According to Li, the circular economy promises societal, environmental, and economic gains. It is becoming an important long-term strategy for the recycling industry and must be reinforced at every level.

“As product lifecycles become shorter, it’s time to rethink the way these products are reused and repurposed,” notes Li. “I look forward to presenting and I hope that it provides a platform for dialogue within the industry about the benefits of adopting a circular economy way of thinking and of implementing a closed-loop recovery system within a reverse supply chain management solution.”

Li’s presentation will also examine the deployment and application of technology products through manufacture, distribution, use, disposal and recycling in both the U.S. and Chinese markets.
